There are two ways to install a WordPress theme: Using the built-in installer or by uploading it via FTP.

After you download the package from ThemeForest, please unzip it. You’ll see a file called restly.zip, which is the main file needed to upload and install. You can either choose to upload and install the theme using WordPress theme install or use the FTP function.

Install Via WordPress Dashboard

• Navigate to Appearance > Themes.

• Click the Add New button on top of the page, then the Upload Theme button.

• Click Choose File and find the theme files you’ve just downloaded.

 If you’ve downloaded the installable WordPress file, then you do not need to unzip the file. If you’ve downloaded the Full Theme Package, you have to unzip the master restly.zip file, therein you will see a secondary restly.zip file, this is the one you select to install.

• Click the Install Now button.
• When upload and installation progress are completed, click Activate, or go to Appearance > Themes and activate the Restly

Registration Restly Theme

Here we discuss how to registration Restly WordPress Theme

• For the Register Restly theme you need to download the purchase key / licence key from the theme download option on ThemeForest.

• Then copy the key

• After installing Restly theme on your website you see Register Now Button screenshot below.
• Click the Register Now Button

• Then past your key here and save

• Then you see the verification option, After verification, You see the plugin installation option

Install via FTP.

If you get any fail when installing the theme by the WordPress install function, we recommend using FTP.

Step 1 – If you have downloaded the Full Theme Package from ThemeForest, please unzip the package file to get the theme file restly.zip. Unzip the restly.zip file, you’ll get a folder Restly.

Step 2 – Use an FTP client like FileZilla and upload the extracted folder to the wp-content/themes folder on your host

Step 3 – Log in to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to Appearance > Themes and click the Activate

Troubleshooting

“Are you sure you want to do this?” error

If you get the “Are You Sure You Want To Do This” message when installing the sala.zip file via WordPress, it means you have an upload file size limit that is set by your host. If this happens, please install the theme via FTP or contact your hosting company and ask them to increase the limit.

The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet error

A common issue that can occur when installing a WordPress theme is “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.” error message is displayed when uploading or activating the theme. One of the reasons you may receive this error is if you have uploaded the incorrect file. You have 2 options for downloading your theme

• Installable WordPress file only
• All files and documentation (full zip folder). You will need to extract and locate the installable WordPress file

After installing the Restly theme, you’ll continue with the Theme Setup Step to install Plugin, Child-Theme, Demo Data

How To Install Plugin?

After successful theme activation, you need to install some plugins that are required to run your website smoothly. If you get the “This theme requires the following plugins” message, then you are on the right way.

Step 1. Click Begin installing plugins.

Step 2. Select all the plugins by clicking on the very top checkbox and Click on dropdown “Bulk Actions”, select Install and click Apply button 

Select All And Click on drop-down “Bulk Actions”, select Activate and click Apply button.

You should get the activation notice which means everything is going OK.
